Jira
What would a Product Manager do without Jira? This is one of the essentials I use everyday with my team.
Trello
Trello is perfect to start when you don’t need Jira. You can create simple Kanban boards and share it with your team.
Confluence
Confluence is THE tool to document your work, to look up everything you need and to create a wiki.
Google Drive
If you need to work together on presentations or sheets, Google Drive is the tool you should go for.
Figma
Figma is my favorite design tool as a PM. You can easily share prototypes with stakeholders or customers.
DeepL
DeepL is my go-to tool for translations because it’s the fastest way to translate text. I love that I can use it with a simple shortcut.
Miro
Miro is the best collaboration tool I know. No matter if workshops or Retrospectives, you can do it all.
Notion
Notion is my preferred tool for note-taking. You can select from existing templates, share pages and create different spaces.
Blinkist
I love to learn new concepts! Before reading a book I usually check out if Blinkist has a summary I can listen/read. It gives you great thoughts and ideas.
PM Library
The best resources for product management books. If you don’t know what you should read next, just take a look at PM Library.
Medium
A lot of PMs are sharing their thoughts on Medium. They basically use it as their blog and write great articles about their current challenges, learnings and work.
